About this service
COVID-19 UPDATE: Youth & Family Conflict Intervention continues to provide services remotely through telephone and online means. Please call 604.467.6911 Ext. 1216 to speak with the Mediation Counsellor.
Hours of Service: Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday, Friday
Helps family reduce the intensity of conflict, identify and address the issues, and support both the youth and parents as they explore solutions. Parents and/or youth meet weekly with program staff (more frequently if conflict is severe) up to a maximum of eight sessions. Additional sessions can be sometimes be arranged under certain circumstances.
Who can use it?
Families living in Maple Ridge/Pitt Meadows, experiencing parent/youth conflict with a youth 12-19.
