About this service
Our psycho-educational groups and workshops offer women opportunities for self-reflection and a deeper understanding of abuse and it's impacts. We offer both drop-in and closed groups, all of which are available to Cythera clients. In addition to groups offered to Cythera clients, we also do community based support and offer groups open to all community members as well.
