Were pleased to announce that more integrated health and social services for young people 12-24 has come to Ridge Meadows! The Youth Wellness Centre (YWC) has become Foundry Ridge Meadows in an effort to provide mental health and substance use support, peer support, physical health and social services from a single place
Foundry Ridge Meadows is a place where young people 12-24 can access mental health and substance use support, physical health care, peer support, and social services. Foundry makes it easy for young people and their families to find the care, connection and support they are seeking.
