WorkBC Centre Aldergrove

Two WorkBC Centres deliver the Employment Program of British Columbia to residents of the City and Township of Langley and Aldergrove. We are dedicated to providing programs and services that help job seekers find and maintain long-term employment. WorkBC Employment Services are delivered onsite, virtually and through outreach making our services accessible and responsive. Our team of skilled Resource Experts, Career Coaches and Employment Placement Specialists provide specialized services for all different client groups including immigrants, youth, Indigenous persons, Francophones, persons with disabilities, survivors of violence, persons with multiple barriers, and people living in remote locations. Centre staff work with local employers and other service providers to understand current labour market needs and to provide services that meet both client and employer needs. At no-cost employers can access HR tools and resources, online job postings boards, participate in career and hiring fairs, employer panels, and HR training sessions. For employers looking to help clients get work experience, staff can help you find candidates and then work with you to ensure the placement is a success. When needed, Centre staff can connect clients and / or employers with community partners to help deal with housing, and mental health and wellness issues. When appropriate, WorkBC staff will refer clients to community partners who offer specialized employment or industry specific programs. WorkBC Centre Langley supports both community and business development across Langley.
