About this service
Equine Assisted Learning (EAL) is an empathy-grounded, experiential approach to teambuilding. EAL experiences are tailored and open to all age groups, from families to corporate groups to sports teams. Participants in the EAL program work directly with one of our gentle therapy horses, engaging in fun and inspiring exercises designed to teach valuable life skills. These exercises are proven to be effective, powerful, positive and educational. They encourage self-confidence through validatedand validatinghands-on experience. After a brief introduction on Orientation Day, your team will pick your therapy horse and spend the remainder of your first two-hour session in the arena. Each subsequent session will build upon the last, leaving you with lasting skills to bring to your home and office. EAL is an experience like no other. The memories you create here at Valley, and the skills you develop, will last a lifetime.
