Trap-Neuter-Return/Rehome (TNR) Our team of volunteer trappers use humane cat traps to rescue stray and homeless cats. The cats are assessed and taken to our vet partners to be spayed and neutered, vaccinated, and receive any necessary medical or dental treatment. After the cats have recovered, our team determines next steps. If the cat is tame, we transfer them to one of our animal rescue partners for fostering and adoption. If the cat is feral and can't be tamed, they are returned to a site with a feeding station or relocated to an approved barn. At these locations, they are fed and cared for by residents and volunteers in the community. These cats can live out their lives without reproducing, allowing the feral population to decline gradually over time.
