About this service

We provide free spay/neuter surgery for cats owned by residents in Surrey who need help with the financial cost of the surgery. Since the program launched in 2016, we've helped nearly 900 families spay and neuter more than 1,300 cats. Cats must be at least four months to be spayed/neutered. Owners can fill out an online application form or call our message line at 778-589-8552.
