While the preaching of the Word of God is preeminent in our church services, music has been divinely ordained and chosen by God to be a tool that invites His power and presence into our lives. The right kind of music is a mode of communication that prepares our hearts, softens our spirit, and makes us ready to hear and respond to Gods truth. _x0003_Praise ye the Lord. Sing unto the Lord a new song, and his praise in the congregation of saints. (Psalm 149:1) At Harvest Baptist Church, our music seeks to exalt the name of Jesus in a conservative, God-honouring way. We desire to please God in our music rather than please men with excellence. _x0003_We believe that we can only bring true worship to God through a submissive and surrendered heart to Him.
