Early Years Family Navigation

One-on-one support is done with families to provide information and supports to meet the needs of each family. Support is offered for families with young children to connect parents with resources and services they are seeking. The Early Year Navigator is a collaborative partnership between Encompass and Inclusion Langley Society. What can they do? Help find programs for you to attend with your children Assist with finding childcare Filling out paperwork and/or referrals Finding early intervention supports for your child with extra needs Help with access to food and housing needs Services for emotional and physical health Assist with connecting to other community agencies, programs, workshops and events They can meet with you in the community, at one of the Early Years Hubs or at your home.
