Rainbow Program is an enhanced supported housing program that provides support for 25 individuals who live in their own apartments, have subsidized rent and access to daily staff support. Support services include medication monitoring, in-suite support, leisure and education support, information about community resources and a meal program. Supported Housing Programs promote recovery, improves quality of life and helps people maintain their housing.
