About this service
Recovering from an illness or from a surgery can be a long process especially for people that have various medical conditions. However, a hospital stay can be shortened if the level of care they require can be delivered at home. We provide medical and non-medical assistance depending on the level of care you need. We will create a post-operative care plan and ongoing assistance to increase your mobility, strength, and most importantly your independence. We offer both short and long term care services until we can get you back to your baseline.
