About this service
Andy Bhatti supports healthy self-esteem and self-confidence that is imperative in the resolution of addiction and the withdrawal symptoms. A support system is created through developing relationships between the patient and the counsellor so that the patient is able to build their self-confidence by constantly reaffirming their personal self-worth. Different ways counselling can help those fighting an addiction: by verbalizing, identifying and naming specific symptoms, and the events that trigger them. It arms patients with the tools to fight the addiction and lead a sober life.
