About this service
Teenagehood can be tough. Youre not a kid anymore but you dont always get treated like an adult. Youre dealing with a ton of stuff and it can feel so incredibly overwhelming. What can counseling and teen therapy do for you? Its a safe, judgment-free space for you to work through the overwhelm, get some new perspective, learn some different coping skills, and just be heard.
Our work with you will involve everything from expressive arts-based therapy to mindfulness-based techniques, to good old fashioned talk therapy. You already have everything you need inside of you our job is to help you discover it.
