About this service

The LRCA Counselling Program provides support to individuals struggling with Depression, Anxiety, past traumas, addictions recovery or other current life challenges. We aim to support you, the client, with your present challenge and assist you in making the changes you are hoping for.

This no-cost program is designed to provide access to counselling services for those who cannot afford to pay for counselling or do not have access to an EAP (Employee Assistance Program). All of our counselors are supervised by a clinical counselor with a masters degree in counselling psychology.

Our services can provide help with:

Depression and Anxiety disorders

Life transitions

Grief and loss

Addictions recovery

Past Trauma

Parenting

Relationship issues
