About this service
Born Healthy participants learn about ways to care for their baby and themselves. Join in to learn about coping strategies, self-care, nutrition, lactation, baby feeding, baby safety, sleep, dental hygiene, baby massage, positive parenting strategies, parental rights, return-to-work, childcare, meal-planning, and locally available agencies, and other programs and community resources.
In addition to the virtual meetings, you will receive one-on-one support and consultation. Our Outreach Worker supports women and their families via text message, phone, email, and is offering -contactless- drop-off or pick-up of essential baby-related items, on an individual basis, and can respond to individual requests for resources, advocacy, or referral to other professionals. She will also help arrange for contactless transfer of donated maternity/baby items

Pregnant moms and moms with babies up to six months of age

LRCA - Born Healthy is open Wednesday mornings from 10am until 12noon.
