About this service
To book a ride call 604-798-6228 or 604-796-2585: Online registration to receive transportation now available.
Community members must be registered with the program and meet the eligibility guidelines in order to receive service.
- Volunteer drivers provide door to door service.
- We request at least 3 business days notice when booking an appointment.
- We return calls received after hours, on weekends, and statutory holidays on the next business day.
- Clients are charged a per kilometre fee as well as any parking fees, or bridge tolls.
- An invoice will be mailed out to clients if they have used the service in the previous month.
- Clients may pay their fees by cheque or by phone with a credit card or in the office with a debit card.
- Clients can prepay any amount in to their account.
