About this service
Provides support for youth whose needs are not met by conventional office-based services and remain at risk of homelessness, exploitation, self-harm or abuse. Assists youth in meeting their basic needs, engaging with services to improve their well-being and support with housing. Clinical counselling services are available to promote enhanced emotional health and family reunification. Host homes are available for eligible youth.
What Is the Service
- Youth Outreach Facilitators work alongside youth to develop life skills and foster the youths capacity to enhance their overall well-being
- Youth can meet with a Clinical Counsellor who can support their mental health needs and substance use concerns
