The Ingram Road property is improved with 42 one and two-storey wood frame townhomes contained in 13 clusters. The 1992 constructed townhomes are developed over a full basement and include 19 two-storey 3-bedroom units including two handicapped units, and 23 two-storey 4-bedroom units. Each unit includes foyer, living room, kitchen, dining room and washroom on the main floor, while the upper floor contains bedrooms and a 4-piece washroom. The two 3-bedroom handicapped units contain one full bathroom only. Features include an attached storage room located within the front covered entrance area, smoke detectors on all levels, and rear concrete patios accessible from the dining room. The site is improved with asphalt paved driveway and parking stalls, concrete walkways extending from each unit to driveway, playgrounds, a combination of chain link and wood fencing, and a community centre.
