About this service
This client initiated program is offered on an ongoing but declining basis to graduates of the Essentials Program and/or the Residential Safe Home Program to help them become fully independent.
Support includes (but is not limited to):
- One-on-one support for emotional needs
- Ongoing drug screening for accountability
- Ongoing access to trauma therapy, equine therapy, yoga therapy and Peer Mentor Programs
- Assistance in finding accommodation
- Support in meetings with Ministry of Children and Family Development, court and probation
