The MCSBC Trauma Therapy Program has been implemented to provide urban Métis teens and adults with therapeutic support, tools, and resources to promote and foster a healthy Métis system, in a wrap-around style of service
The Trauma Therapist provides professional support services, including groups and individual counselling, while working as part of a multidisciplinary team to perform assessments, coordinate client care and provide treatment services that are culturally appropriate.
Our services include those who suffer with mental health issues, personal trauma, family loss, and intergenerational loss.
