About this service
Located in Kelowna, Hearthstone is a modular supportive housing project that supports individuals with diverse needs including homelessness, mental illness, and substance misuse. It contains 46 studio suites, a common dining area, amenity space, commercial kitchen, and a room for support services. Each unit is furnished and includes a 3-piece bathroom and kitchenette. It includes a secure storage area for bikes and personal possessions. Five units are wheel-chair accessible.
To ensure the safety of residents, the building is staffed 24/7, has controlled access, and has CCTV in common areas. Residents have access to meal programs, life and employment training support, health and wellness support services, and opportunities for volunteer work.
