About this service
- Provides a one-time counselling session free of charge
- Individual fills in application and when contacted for an appointment, they can see a counselor for 40 minutes who will then step out to consult with a team
- The team approach provides extra perspectives on the individuals concerns
- This is not an ongoing counselling service, but individuals may return again when in need, or may be referred to further community resources
- People in crisis will not be asked to wait for appointment
