About this service
Our Team offers safe and confidential support for everyone. Whether you are feeling angry, anxious, ashamed, belittled, betrayed, discouraged, depressed, confused, hurt, lonely, addicted or numb our Team is committed to your emotional, mental and spiritual well-being.
Counselling sessions are 50-60 minutes long and are provided by a Registered Clinical Counsellor (RCC) or an intern. Please arrive ten minutes before your first appointment to complete the Intake and Consent Forms. You can prepare for the session by reading Five Ways To Benefit From Counselling. There is a $20 suggested minimum payment although there are other payment options upon request.
