About this service
Individual, couples, and group counselling services are provided for adults experiencing:
- Relationship difficulties
- Balancing the demands of family life
- Dealing with life transitions
Individual counselling is available at no cost only with a referral from Adult Mental Health Services. For Adult Mental Health services, please call 250-469-7070.
You may also access counselling through our Fee for Service program. For couples and group counselling, please call our office directly.
