About this service
Kitchen Connections is an experiential training program offered by CMHA for participants interested in developing life, socialization, and vocational skills in kitchen and food service. As part of our Meals Matter project, the twelve week program operates four times throughout the year and offers training and learning opportunities related to basic cooking skills, health and nutrition, food safety, time management, food budgeting, and meal planning as well as basic employment skills such as hospitality, team work, retail food preparation, food service, and catering.
