About this service
THE BEHAVIOUR ASSESSMENT AND SUPPORT SERVICES PROGRAM IS AVAILABLE TO:
Children or youth age 0-18 with a diagnosis of Fragile X Syndrome, Downs Syndrome, Prader-Willi Syndrome, Mild, Moderate or Severe Intellectual Disability, Complex Developmental Behavioural Conditions, or other special needs.
MCFD-CYSN-eligible children and youth diagnosed on the Autism Spectrum are eligible for services when it is determined that they are utilizing their autism funding for services, yet there remains a high need to address challenging behaviours and complex needs.
Children and youth eligible for CYSN services with the Ministry for Children and Family Development.
Referrals are only available through the child or youths MCFD-CYSN social worker.
The program serves eligible children and youth in the Central and South Okanagan regions.
