Please note, as our clinic doors remain locked, we are limiting the number of patients allowed in the clinic.
Every patient needs to first speak to a physician for a phone consult. If after the phone consult you are asked to attend the clinic in person, a day and time will be arranged for you.
You must wear a mask and sanitize your hands upon arrival. Only the person being seen by the doctor can attend the appointment; however, one caregiver may accompany a child or elder, if absolutely necessary.
If you have any symptoms of COVID 19, Do Not Come to the Office. Contact us at 250-860-9909 during open hours or call the nurses help line at 811.
