About this organization
Aims to lessen the impact of crime and trauma on victims, witnesses, and their friends and family. Services include emotional support, practical assistance, court support and accompaniment, and information about the criminal justice system. Also provides 24-hour crisis intervention support when called by the RCMP. Serves the entire Regional District of Central Okanagan, including Kelowna, Lake Country, Oyama, Peachland, Westbank First Nations, and West Kelowna.
Office hours are 8 am to 6 pm Monday to Friday; on call at other times at the discretion of the police.
