The Burtches is a 90 unit apartment building owned and operated by Orchard Valley Senior Housing Society since 1981.
Our Society is proud to offer beautiful 600 sq ft, independent living, one bedroom apartments across the street from the Kelowna Parkinson Recreation Centre and within walking distance of shops, restaurants and services.
