About this organization
Hello, my name is Emily Reid and I provide individual and couples counselling at at a private practice located in downtown Kelowna. My therapeutic approach is based in Acceptance and Commitment Therapy, Somatic Therapy, and Mindfulness-Based Psychotherapy techniques that focus on clearing out historical trauma and core wounds in order to enhance current life experiences.
My treatment focus begins with clearing out the "roots" of the current issue by addressing past experiences that keep us stuck in repetitive, self-defeating patterns in relationships. I believe in providing lasting and effective change - working collaboratively to improve your quality of life and relationships.
