A program that is designed to support children and their families in preparing for permanent adoptive placements. We support families and children in their journey by:
- Preparing children for permanence and supporting them through the grief/loss cycle
- Placing emphasis on a healthy attachment relationship
- Providing knowledge of child development and transitions
- Connecting families with resources that will sustain them in the future
