About this service
The ASK Wellness Society offers a wide range of affordable housing options for residents with low or moderate income in the City of Kamloops. This includes single/couples, family, and seniors housing facilities.
This facility offers one-bedroom suites, including two accessible units. These suites are designed for 55+ singles or couples, with a mix affordable housing with market rental rates, subsidized housing, and rent-geared-to-income which is set at 30% of the renters income. This range is to allow for a broad community feel. All residents must register through the BC Housing Registry.
