About this service
WeCONNECT currently provides supports to adults with developmental disabilities who are eligible for funding through Community Living B.C. To access this service, you will need to request a referral from a Facilitator from CLBC.
Our staffed residential home model provides 24/7 support to the residents of Mount Nelson Place located in Invermere, BC. Independence is strongly encouraged while maintaining each clients sense of safety, health and security.
