About this service
The Out of Home Care Program provides support to care givers of children and youth who are living in non-traditional out-of-care placements such as with kin and others. Individualized services will be goal oriented focus ed on skill development and increasing care-giver capacity. This includes concrete support in obtaining needed services and community lineages along with assistance in the day-to-day management of behavioural, emotional, and developmental challenges of the children and youth in their care.
