About this service
The Drop-in Counselling Clinic is a place for individual adults to come when you need someone to talk to. The Drop-In counselling clinic takes place most Wednesdays and offers an encouraging and supportive environment. We help you identify issues, recognize and build on your strengths, and we help you develop strategies.
To access our Wednesday Drop-In Counselling Clinic, just stop by or phone the Golden Family Center on Wednesdays after 8:45 am to register for one of four available drop-in sessions. These sessions are available on a first come, first seen basis. There is no cost for the single counselling session, which is about 1 hours long.
The Drop-in Counselling Clinic runs from 9:00 am 5:00 pm. Four drop-in times are available, with the last session starting at 3:30 pm.
