About this service
Volunteer Income Tax Program Its a free service for eligible clients. Drop off your tax information at the library where it will then be completed by tax volunteers. You will be contacted when your completed tax return is ready for pick up. Income limits: Individual $40,000; Family $50,000 for two, plus $2,500 for each additional dependent. Couples must provide complete tax information for both spouses. The program does not serve clients with employment expenses, self-employment income, rental property income, or capital gains. Interest income must be less than $1000.
