About this service
We offer customized employment, it is a flexible process designed to personalize the employment between a job candidate and an employer in a way that meets the needs of both. It is based on an individualized determination of the strengths, needs, and interests of the pre-screened candidate, and is also designed to meet the specific needs of the employer. It may include employment developed through job carving, entrepreneurial initiatives, or other job development or restructuring strategies that result in job responsibilities being customized and individually negotiated to fit the needs of the candidate and the employers needs.
A job coach will come with the individual and work beside them until they feel comfortable, the employer feels comfortable and then gradually phase out. Once we have phased out, we are still here to ensure the success for you and the employee. We will check with the employer and employee regularly to address any concerns or training issues.
