About this service
Having a loved one with an addiction or mental health concern can be exceptionally stressful. It often has a great impact on the entire family and recovery is as much about the family as it is about the individual. In providing family support we equip loved ones with a better understanding of mental health and substance use disorders. We also provide education and guidance around setting boundaries, providing clear communication and practicing self care during this difficult time. This is a supportive space that allows individuals to acknowledge and explore their own feelings and receive professional guidance.
