- Who will support and embrace every aspect of a childs being, including their cultural heritage
- Who are willing to work as a team member to ensure that Children receive quality care
- Who will advocate on behalf of a child to ensure that their rights and their being are respected
- Children are a gift from the Creator and should be treated as the sacred beings they are
