About this service
The Homelessness Prevention Program primarily supports women in transition to independence from Somenos Transition House with practical support and rental subsidies (when available).
This program is funded by BC Housing Corporation.
Reaching Home Housing Loss Prevention for Indigenous Women provides one-time financial support for Indigenous Women who are at imminent risk of losing their housing. Financial support is for those with an eviction notice or hydro disconnection.
This program is funded by the United Way.
