I use a combination of therapeutic techniques to help clients heal emotionally and psychologically, while achieving a greater sense of wellbeing. I believe that every person has an innate ability to grow and heal; however, sometimes the cards you are dealt make it extremely difficult to get there on your own. Im here to help you move beyond that which is no longer serving you. From there we can uncover your authentic self and your inherent ability to heal and grow.
