About this service
Next Steps Mall Walk is offered in conjunction with Stroke Recovery Association of BC. Once a week, we offer a self-paced mall walk (or roll) for all abilities. Volunteers and walkers pair off to increase fitness and confidence levels, while engaging in great conversation. Tsawwassen Mills Mall is the indoor setting for this program, and we walk before the mall opens.
