About this organization
Ladner United is pleased to partner with the City of Delta, Options Community Services, Delta Police, Delta Fire, Deltassist and others, in providing those in need with a warm place to sleep, hot food and drink, and a chance to wash and dry clothes and utilize a shower.
Ladner United Church is known as a place to go when you need help and dont know where to turn. Throughout the year we are approached by various people in need and we do our best to support them as we can. When they arrive we meet with and listen to them without judgement. We assess the situation and consider the resources, supports and connections available here at Ladner United Church and/or through our partners in the community. We often engage our Community Advocate to help us be an effective support and to link these folks with the right resources.
