About this service
Unfortunately, freedom from violence can be a long road ahead. Without proper supports in place, is it unrealistic to assume scars of abuse are healed and foundations of a independent life are set within a few weeks.
At KCCS, we have supportive accommodations to address this issue. Women can apply to stay for longer periods of time; depending on their unique circumstances. In order to qualify, housing participants will need to be involved in support services within KCCS or another community agency. Support services may include, but are not limited to, employment services, counselling, and life-skills training.
