About this service
Men's Group sessions run Thursday evenings for 8 weeks. This group provides an opportunity for men to get together, hold each other accountable, and be authentic Men come to the group with a myriad of issues they would like to address including anger issues,relationship issues, addiction and/or mental health issues, or to simply stay grounded in their lives. Almost all of the MEN that attend find great benefit in the therapeutic environment provided in the Men's Group, along with a close knit camaraderie. The work that is done in Men's Group id beneficial to everyday living, as it allows the straight-jackets that society places on men to come off, and participants better able to feel human, rather than performed and outdated notions of masculinity. What great relief men find in being authentic. Interested individuals cam call or email to find out when the next session begins. Available in Cranbrook.
