About this organization
The Aqanttanam Housing Society is a Non-Profit, Low-Income Housing Society for Indigenous and Non-Indigenous people.
The primary purpose of the Society is to manage and maintain not-for-profit rental housing for low income persons of Indigenous and Non-Indigenous Ancestry who are homeless or on the verge of being homeless and require safe and affordable housing.
The Society was originally incorporated under the Society Act on July 6, 1992.
The Board of Directors consists of members of Aqam and there are 6 directors of the Society.
Staff consists of the Executive Director, the Administration Officer and a Tenant Relations/Property Manager.
