About this service
Community Housing services are delivered to encourage maximum independence for people living in their own home. Community Housing services provide a broad spectrum of supports that are designed to increase a persons ability to be as independent as possible and enhance their community inclusion. VICC recognizes that the amount of support required is individually determined for each person receiving services. Some people may need services for only a few hours per week, while others may require daily support and assistance.
Community Housing options included staffed residential, semi-independent living support, home share, respite, and relocation support.
