About this service
Caregiver Support offers emotional support for caregivers as well as information about programs and resources that may be helpful.
We offer a number of caregiver support groups that provide a once per month opportunity for caregivers to meet in a friendly, supportive environment where they can interact with, and both receive and give support, to others who are also caregivers. The caregiving journey is a complicated one that can be difficult, exhausting and sometimes not well understood by those who have not experienced it. We run groups for both female and male caregivers.
In the summer months of July and August the groups are held at an outdoor location, often the Anderton Therapeutic gardens.
