About this service
Youth Workers provide activity-based learning opportunities to help develop age-appropriate social, motor and life skills. At least once a month, the youth plan a special themed event.
- Who is it for: Social Club- Youth aged 8-12 with a diagnosed developmental disability Social T- Youth aged 13-18 with a diagnosed developmental disability.
- When: Every Friday evening.
- Where: Social Club (8-12) is located at SHAREs Mountain View Elementary School site 740 Smith Ave, Social T (13-18) is located at SHAREs Lincoln Avenue site, #104-3020 Lincoln Ave.
