About this service
League of Extraordinary Youth is a social group for youth who are non-binary or who identify as boys aged 13-18. The focus is on preparing for adulthood, increasing independence and social skills between peers and in the community. There may be opportunities for the group to discuss gender specific issues.
- Who is it for: Youth ages 13-18 with a diagnosed developmental disability. A moderate knowledge of community safety is also an expectation for participants of this group.
- When: Every Tuesday evening, 2 hours per session. Some special activities occasionally occur on other days.
- Where: SHAREs Lincoln Avenue site, #104-3020 Lincoln Ave., Coquitlam and SHAREs Mountain View Elementary site.
